FREE AND OPEN TO ALL. Guild membership is not required.
Community Conversations arose out of a response to COVID and will continue in this spirit of collaborative problem-solving as our field and the rest of the world navigate this crisis. They remain virtual “water cooler” chitchats, an open-ended dialogue for constructive sharing and co-learning.
Each Community Conversation will be lightly facilitated by a CYD National Partnership member and is intended to inform future programming topics in more structured learning formats. They’re not recorded conversations, and the facilitator will only take light notes to share key points with attendees afterwards.
These conversations are open to all who create and support arts programming for youth with the values of youth voice, racial and social justice, and collective action. Children, pets, plants, snacks and beverages are all welcome in your Zoom thumbnail square for this is relaxed get-together. Come as you are, come when you can.
Please also review our Community Agreements before coming into the space. We will briefly look at them in the space as well.
