Developed in partnership with the National Center for Creative Aging and the New Jersey Performing Arts Center, the Toolkit offers the arts and aging fields detailed advice on the design, implementation and evaluation of professionally-led participatory arts programs for older adults.

Guild Membership Directory – 2007-2008
This is the primary networking resource for the  community arts education field. The 2007-08 Directory includes profiles of our member organizations indexed by state and displine, and detailed information on the National Guild's history, membership benefits, leadership and staff.

A supplement to Partners in Excellence

This monograph describes three exemplary public school/community school partnerships: those led by Henry Street Settlement/Abrons Art Center in New York (theater), the Samuel S. Fleisher Art Memorial in Philadelphia (visual arts), and MacPhail Center for Music in Minneapolis (music).

• Partners in Excellence: A Guide to Commu-nity School of the Arts/Public School Partner-ships from Inspiration to Implementation

Published in 2005, this handbook covers the reasons to partner, planning and budgeting, fundraising and advocacy, content creation, professional development, evaluation and assessment. Worksheets and an annotated bibliography are provided.

• Survey of Member Schools Report: Academic Year 2005-2006  Ready answers to common questions community arts school leaders have: What do schools pay their administrators and faculty?  What tuition fees are standard for lessons/classes?  How much financial aid do they offer?  How much of schools' revenue is earned vs. contributed?  And much more.

Dachau Song by Paul Cummins
The amazing life of Herbert Zipper, the first Executive Director of the Guild, is captured in this 1992 publication. The Austrian conductor and composer was a survivor of the Buchenwald and Dachau concentration camps.

GUILDNOTES, our bi-monthly newsletter, is filled with news and commentary about the field of community arts education. In addition to announcements of resources and funding opportunities and Guild programs and events, it highlights activities and accomplishments of our members.
