Mount Washington Valley's community music school seeks a self-motivated, team-playing individual with excellent organizational and communication skills ready to assume the directorship of a successfully growing program with a wide variety of musical offerings.

The person selected will report to an active volunteer board of directors and will work well with MTMC's Music Director, a new position which will be filled by MTMC's current Executive
Director. This change reflects an exciting new direction for Mountain Top, creating a strong focus on building MTMC's core mission and vision - enriching lives and building
community through music.

The person selected will be responsible for management of: Grants, meeting approved budgets, publicity, and basic logistics of running the organization. Essential to this position are strong people skills, computer skills and business skills. A strong interest in music is desirable; musician's talents and skills would be a benefit, but are not required.

Position to be filled by August 1st; includes one month of training, with full responsibility to commence on September 1st. Salary to be commensurate with experience and ability.
