RPA Inc. is pleased to announce a unique professional fundraising opportunity to be the Director of Major Gifts for the Center of Creative Arts (COCA) in St. Louis, Missouri. COCA is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic individual to be responsible for the identification, cultivation, solicitation, and stewardship of a portfolio of major gift prospects and donors and will work closely with COCA’s Board of Directors who are supportive of and committed to advancing the Center’s mission.

The new Director will report to and work closely with the Center’s Executive Director, who has been with COCA for over 12 years. Supervising two additional fundraisers, the Director will expand the visibility of the Center and develop new relationships on behalf of COCA to increase support from individuals, friends, and corporations.
