The Benchmarking Data Report is the authoritative source of quantitative data on faculty pay rates, instructional fees, administrative staffing and salaries, financial aid, enrollment demographics, program offerings, organizational finances, and more. It is an essential tool for community arts education providers engaged in strategic and program planning, budgeting, salary negotiations, and organizational assessment.
The report is available as a free download to member organizations that completed the survey, or for purchase by others (members, $125; nonmembers, $175).
Order by mail or fax. Or call (212) 268-3337 ext. 16.
Custom reports are also available at modest prices. If you would like to order a custom report, or if you have any questions on the Benchmarking Data Report, please email James Horton at 212-268-3337 ext. 12.
This table from the Field Survey Report: 2007-2008 Academic Year (published in 2009) illustrates the benchmarking data presented in a typical report.
A question frequently asked by leaders of community arts education organizations is, “How much are other community schools of the arts paying their administrators?”
The report also contains salary data for executive directors/CEOs, assistant/associate directors, directors of arts education divisions, deans, program directors, finance/operations, marketing directors, and registrars, as well as hourly pay rates for faculty.
Custom reports specific to your region, artistic discipline, organization size, and more are available upon request.
To order a custom report, email James Horton or call (212) 268-3337 ext. 12.
