The Benchmarking Data Report is the authoritative source of quantitative data on faculty pay rates, instructional fees, administrative staffing and salaries, financial aid, enrollment demographics, program offerings, organizational finances, and more. It is an essential tool for program and organizational planning and for negotiating employment contracts and setting tuition fees. The report is available as a free download to member organizations that completed the survey, or for purchase by others (members, $95; nonmembers, $135).
Order by mail, phone or fax.
This table from the Field Survey Report: 2007-2008 Academic Year (published in 2009) illustrates the benchmarking data presented in a typical report.
A question frequently asked by leaders of community arts education organizations is, “How much are other community schools of the arts paying their administrators?”
The report also contains salary data for executive (school) directors, assistant/associate directors, program directors, and finance directors/business managers, as well as hourly pay rates for faculty.
Custom reports specific to your region, artistic discipline, organization size, and more are available upon request.
