Our Code of Best Practices provides standards in the areas of quality, accessibility, and accountability and describes the kind of organization we serve best.
Come together with our vibrant network of community arts education professionals to share knowledge, resources and strategies for success. Our dynamic network of more than 450 arts education organizations includes community schools of the arts; arts centers; and arts education divisions of performing arts institutions, universities, museums, and other organizations. They are located in urban, suburban and rural communities in 45 states.
A Full member is a tax-exempt organization or government agency, or division thereof, which offers arts learning opportunities and is committed to the values of quality, accessibility and accountability.
An Education Affiliate is a for-profit organization that offers arts learning opportunities.
Business Affiliate membership is for companies or organizations seeking visibility and participation in the community arts education field.
An Individual Affiliate membership is for individuals who support the corporation's mission and values.
National Veterans Art Museum, Chicago, IL
The National Veterans Art Museum inspires greater understanding of the real impact of war through the collection, preservation, and exhibition of art inspired by combat and created by veterans. They help civilians understand the effects of war and provide veterans with outlets for expression through the five pillars of Art, Education, International Outreach, Therapeutic Art, and Civic and Social Responsibility.
