Twenty-five arts leaders from 12 states have been selected to participate in the 2015 Community Arts Education Leadership Institute (CAELI). The program, now in its sixth year, provides a intensive, transformative experience through which current and aspiring leaders advance their skills by engaging with  top leadership trainers and nationally-renowned practitioners.

Designed and facilitated by Partners in Performance, Inc, the institute includes a five-day seminar at Bryn Mawr College (Philadelphia), advanced assignments, a 360-degree feedback process, and follow-up coaching. CAELI is made possible with major support from the American Express Foundation.
