We are pleased to announce that Sabrina Malik has joined the Guild staff as development and administrative coordinator. Drawing on her strong background in visual arts and arts administration, Sabrina will support the director of development and Guild staff in fundraising and admininstrative tasks.

Sabrina graduated from Syracuse University with a B.F.A. in art history in 2009, with a focus on drawing and Modern European Art. While abroad in Italy from 2008-2009, Sabrina worked as a studio assistant and art gallery assistant, where she further cultivated her passion for cross-cultural dialogue and artistic exchange. These experiences culminated in the compilation, design, and publication of an art magazine. In 2010, Sabrina began art handling for private collections in New York, specializing in Himalayan, Indian, and Cuban art. Additionally, Sabrina undertook various administrative roles, gaining in-depth experience with database management and organizational support. In 2014, Sabrina returned to Syracuse University for her M.A. in arts administration, with particular focuses on fund development, financial management, and board governance. These specialties informed her development and administrative positions held at the Everson Museum of Art and Stone Quarry Hill Art Park in early 2015. She is a practicing bookworm and visual artist, currently working with weavings and watercolors.
