Twenty-five arts leaders from 13 states have been selected to participate in the National Guild’s 2014 Community Arts Education Leadership Institute (CAELI). During the seven-month leadership development program, they will learn from top leadership trainers and nationally-renowned practitioners. Designed and facilitated by Partners in Performance, Inc, the institute—now in its fifth year—includes a five-day seminar at Bryn Mawr College (Philadelphia), advanced assignments, a 350-degree feedback process, and follow-up coaching.  CAELI is made possible with major support from the American Express Foundation.Visit the CAELI Program page to learn more and click here to access a full list of bios.
