Join us for Strategies for Building Enrollment: The National Guild for Community Arts Education Mid-Atlantic Chapter Mini Conference. This full-day professional development and networking opportunity will be held on Thursday, April 19, 2012 at the Community Music School of Collegeville in Trappe, PA.

10:00am - 11:05am: Student Recruitment and Retention - The South Shore Model
Individual and group instruction focus, presentation lead by Kathy Czerny, President, and Lorna Jane Norris, Director of Private Instruction, of the South Shore Conservatory.

11:15am - 12:00pm: Recruitment and Retention Roundtables
Small group follow up discussion on the Recruitment and Retention presentation

12:10pm - 12:45pm: Faculty and Student Performances and Lunch

1:00pm -2:15pm: Breakouts - mix of short presentation and discussion
